1. I hereby grant to ADM, the irrevocable, worldwide right to use, publish, display, edit, modify, and distribute materials bearing my name, voice, image, likeness, or any other identifiable representation of myself (collectively, the “Likeness”) in conjunction with the Session in any form whatsoever now existing or developed in the future.

2. I agree that all materials containing my Likeness are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ADM, and I hereby assign any proprietary right I may have in such materials to ADM. I hereby release and forever discharge ADM from any and all liability, claims, and damages relating to the use of my Likeness and I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished materials or any part or element thereof that incorporates my Likeness.
